Scrappin' Time's very own Kelly Huscher has designed something new for us. Each month (or more!) Kelly will be creating a "class in a bag". This is for those of you that may not have time to come in for a regular class but love the ease of a professionaly designed layout with all of the pieces included. The best thing?
